The chef and his team offer fine, creative cuisine based on local produce. Savor the unforgettable flavors of this imaginative cuisine. Specialties? Homemade duck foie gras, crispy monkfish and rack of veal cooked at low temperature. A place to (re)discover in the heart of the Southern Vosges!
The hotel also has a brasserie open Monday to Saturday from 2pm to midnight and Sunday from 11am to midnight.
