For the first time, a French vineyard will be a premium partner of the France Pavilion at the World Expo 2025, to be held from next April in Osaka, Japan. And it's the Vins d'Alsace !!!! For the occasion, the year 2025 for Alsace wines is under the theme of Japan. That's why Maison ZEYSSOLFF is offering you the chance to travel through your plate, for a few hours, with a Japanese food and wine pairing evening, which will go perfectly with our wines... We'll also take the opportunity to offer you the new 2024 vintage in the cellar - wines from the barrel. Come and enjoy a timeless Japanese evening in our "100% IMMERSIVE tasting and catering area"! Enjoy the enveloping ambience of this "Espace", with lounge music and wall projections immersing you, for the duration of a meal, in OUR universe where wine and tourism mingle. The meal begins with a house aperitif accompanied by sushi. This will be followed by a Japanese-themed meal with homemade ramen soup - gyoza/raw vegetables - grilled meat skewers/rice. The meal concludes with mochi/exotic fruit salad - coffee/tea. Throughout the meal, each dish is accompanied by a glass of estate wine.
