Colors, flavors, smells and textures will awaken all the senses during this cooking workshop!In this fresh and original workshop, discover various techniques for preparing, flavoring and sublimating the tastes of raw vegetables.
Forget the classic grated carrots and green salads: learn original recipes, full of flavor, ideal for accompanying your dishes, serving as an aperitif or even for a complete raw meal!
The workshop includes learning how to prepare Spring Rolls, vegetable marinades and fermentations, as well as seasonings inspired by Indian cuisine. A small accompanying sauce (chutney) will complete these delights.
7 MENU RECIPES: - Acid marinades: Italian and Japanese-influenced button mushrooms, Oriental-style marinated zucchini, Spanish-style red bell pepper in smoked wine marinade. - Raw beet seasoned with Tadka (India) - "Kovaszos Uborka", Hungarian-style lacto-fermented cucumber - Spring Rolls accompanied by their raw green chutney with parsley, coriander, sesame and nigella. - Discover cold infusions to quench your thirst with pleasure!

Participants will leave with the satisfaction of having tasted the dishes prepared together and, of course, with the recipes to recreate these delights at home and impress friends and family with these original and accessible recipes!
