One of the features that makes Indian cuisine one of the best in the world is the diversity of flavors created by the many spices and preparations that come together in a meal.
One of the features that makes Indian cuisine one of the best in the world is the diversity of flavors created by the many spices and preparations that come together in a meal.In this workshop, we'll learn how to prepare a range of richly flavored side dishes, perfect for coloring and enlivening meals, aperitifs and sandwiches!
Each preparation has its own balance of flavors and unique taste, which will take us on a journey to India. This will also enable us to understand the value of multiplying flavors in our daily meals, to achieve satiety, gustatory pleasure and a balanced diet.
We'll prepare an assortment of chutneys, adapted to the season, which we'll accompany with gluten-free Indian savory crepes. Recipes will vary according to the season and the chef's desires!
Participants will leave with the satisfaction of having tasted the dishes prepared and, of course, with the recipes to reproduce them at home and surprise their loved ones with these original and accessible recipes!
