One of the particularities that have made Indian cuisine the best in the world is the complementarity of flavors through the multiple spices and preparations that come together during a meal.

During this workshop you will learn how to prepare a palette of side dishes full of fragrances to color and brighten up meals, aperitifs and sandwiches!!
Each preparation has its own balance of flavors and its own particular taste that will take you on a journey to India. But also help you understand the importance of multiplying the flavors in our daily meals in order to find satiety, gustatory pleasure and a balanced diet.

Learn to prepare a palette of side dishes

You'll prepare an assortment of Chutneys adapted to the season and accompany them with Indian savory crepes, gluten-free.... Recipes vary according to the season and the chef's desires!

You'll leave with the satisfaction of having eaten what you've prepared and of course with the recipes to remake them at home and wow your friends/family with these original and accessible recipes!
