This workshop is the sequel to the much-loved Lebanese (Middle Eastern) cooking workshop.

Join Patryk for a new Lebanese cooking workshop, with even more tasty recipes for hot and cold mezzés, as well as the famous pita bread!

In a friendly atmosphere, you'll discover recipes accessible to all, with a special focus on vegetarians and vegans. This second workshop features 8 new recipes, some simple and some a little more complex, with tips and techniques for sure-fire success.

  • Pain Pita
  • Spinach Satay
  • Toum (Cream of garlic)
  • Kofte of coral lentils & boulghour
  • Pickle of pickled turnips (Kabees el Lift)
  • Fattoush salad (summer or winter version)
  • Fatteh (cold mezze of chickpeas, flavored yogurt & fried pita)
  • Muhammara (Dip of red peppers & walnuts) - in summer
  • Lebanese lentil & rice (Shorbet Adas) - in winter
  • Pain Pita
  • Spinach Flatbread
  • Toum (Garlic Cream)
  • Kofte of coral lentils & boulghour
  • Pickle of pickled turnips (Kabees el Lift)
  • Fattoush salad (summer or winter version)
  • Fatteh (cold mezze of chickpeas, flavored yogurt & fried pita)
  • Muhammara (Dip of red peppers & walnuts) - in summer
  • Lebanese lentil & rice soup (Shorbet Adas) - in winter
  • You'll leave with the recipes to remake these dishes at home and impress your loved ones!
