La Ville de Barr fête le 80ème anniversaire de sa Libération, 1944-2024
The City of Barr celebrates the 80th anniversary of its Liberation, 1944-2024The City of Barr celebrates the 80th anniversary of its Liberation, 1944-2024The City of Barr wishes to honor the American soldiers who helped liberate the city on November 28 and 29, 1944.
It will also pay tribute to all its civilian and military victims of the Second World War.
The program proposed from Wednesday November 27 to Sunday December 1 is intended to be ceremonial, festive and educational all at once.
The " highlights " are the inauguration of the Carrefour de la Libération on Saturday morning, November 30 at 10:30 am and a memorial stele at the Monument aux Morts on Sunday morning, December 1 at 10:30 am.
