In this sequel to the introductory workshop to the vast world of seeds with multiple benefits, you'll discover 6 new ways to cook legumes.



You'll prepare beans, peas & lentils with various techniques that are out of the ordinary and will allow you to vary the way you eat them. 2/3 of these recipes are easy, and the others are still accessible but require a little patience and know-how.


ON THE MENU (100% Vegan & gluten-free):
- Crunchy, chewy split pea croquettes & subtly flavored pumpkin seeds (falafel type)

- Terre-Mer-ine of Puy lentils (terrine without oven)

- Galettes du soleil (chickpeas)

- Creamy red bean sauce with wine

- Lentil cookies with oriental flavors

- Creamy dessert mousse of beans with coffee & vanilla

This workshop is the 2nd level of the regular workshop "J'apprivoise les légumineuses". It does not repeat the theory seen in the 1st level and is intended to give you more tools and ideas to evolve in the way you eat on a daily basis.

 

You will receive a 5€ discount on this workshop if you have participated in level 1.

You'll leave with the satisfaction of having eaten what you've prepared, and of course with the recipes to remake them at home and wow your friends / family with these original and accessible recipes!
