Join Patryk for a seasonal vegan cooking workshop, where you'll discover some classics from the wide variety of Lebanese mezzés. A generous, fragrant cuisine ideal for vegetarians and vegans.
You'll learn techniques and tricks to easily succeed in the recipes we'll prepare together.

- Seasonal Tabouleh, a nutrient-rich salad adapted to the vegetables of the moment and subtly flavored
- Kaak, sesame breads typical of street food
- Traditional falafels
- Vegan labneh, a fresh yogurt cheese, lemony and seasoned
And depending on the chef's inspiration and the number of participants, other surprises may be added.
