With this gourmet workshop you'll discover 2 typical Indian street food snacks:

The Samosa (homemade dough with a revisited stuffing + tradi stuffing in recipe) and the Aloo Tikki (potato pancake and much more!) are eaten at any time, bought from a fry stand or bike vendor basket.

These little delights will be accompanied by 3 never-before-seen chutneys for a tasty journey towards the streets of India.

3 unpublished chutneys

This workshop, a little less "healthy" than others, will address a few precepts and tricks of Ayurvedic cooking, as well as a spiced chai to bring everything back into balance! 
Cooking techniques, flavor discoveries and good humor guaranteed!


You'll leave with the satisfaction of having eaten what you prepared and of course with the recipes to remake them at home and impress tvos friends / family with these original and accessible recipes!
