Plunge into the heart of the play "Chimère(s)" and enjoy an extraordinary immersive experience! In the heart of the vineyards, meet the chimera and enjoy a feast worthy of the great tables of Ancient Greece. During this unique evening, concocted especially for you by the Domaine Borès team, the Compagnie des Insupportés and Chef Nalbanti, you'll be spectators, actors and gastronomes all at once!
The program: 1ere part of the show followed by the animated meal on stage during the intermission then second part of the show to finish with an epilogue around dessert.
On the menu:
- Focaccia with olives and oregano accompanied by a glass of wine (12cl)
- Buffet garni accompanied by 2 glasses of wine (6cl) :
- Egg verrine Tsatziki buckwheat crumble
- Zucchini tartine with hummus and preserved lemon and coriander
- Fennel confit with burrata tomato and almonds
- Feta bean salad with dill
- Stuffed vine leaves
- Caprese salad
- Eggplant caviar pita with tomato and fresh goat's cheese cube
- Peaches marinated in raspberry wine and mascarpone mousse accompanied by a glass of wine (6cl)
- Coffee and mineral water
